Important Information for Cruise Guests
- Direct Terminal Pickup: We hold official port permits to meet you directly inside the cruise port lobby. You will not need to walk outside the port gates in the heat or search for street drivers.
- Guaranteed On-Time Return: Every itinerary is carefully scheduled around your ship’s docking hours at Amber Cove or Taino Bay. We monitor cruise arrivals live to ensure a 100% on-time return well before your ship departs.
