What We Collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, cruise ship and travel dates, group size, and any accessibility or dietary note you choose to share.
- Payment data: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we do not store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us by contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and referring site, collected automatically.
Why We Use It
We use booking details to confirm and deliver your tour, to meet you at the right place and time, and to contact you if plans change. We use payment data to take payment and issue refunds under our Cancellation Policy. We use technical data to keep the site secure, to fix faults, and to understand which pages are useful.
Analytics and Advertising
This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. These services set cookies and may receive your IP address and details of the pages you view. We also use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam on our forms, which is subject to Google terms and privacy notice.

Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with the parties who make your tour possible: our payment provider, the guides and drivers assigned to your tour, and where an activity requires it, the venue or park you are visiting. We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
How Long We Keep It
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the tour and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted once they are no longer useful. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
Your Rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to its use for marketing. Write to info@jeytours.com and we will respond. If you booked with us, please write from the address used for the booking so that we can identify you safely.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Bookings involving minors are made by a parent or guardian, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to booking records is restricted to staff who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
International Transfers
Some of our providers, including analytics and advertising services, process data outside the Dominican Republic. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.
